Thought this would be helpful for all of you =)
Had to do it.
Lucky you. I eat a lot of meat and take protein supplements, and I still have a protein deficiency for medical reasons.
So many people ask me…
"OMG what do you eat?? like salad all the time or what??"
OMFG I eat food just like you but mine isn’t dripping with disgusting animal fat and blood.
I don’t understand why you’d peel an apple anyway. It’s the best part of eating it, I think - going from the crunchy outside to the juicy inside. It’s great contrast :)
Mind you, I eat my kiwi fruit skins and stuff too, so.
Also agree but… kiwi skins? Every time those hairs touch my mouth, I feel like I have splinters on my lips.
I hope this works
From Prevention.com: “A recent study in the Journal of Nutrition found that exercisers who drank the equivalent of about 4 cups of green tea a day for 12 weeks lost over 8 times more ab fat than those who drank an ordinary caffeinated beverage—nearly 8% versus less than 1%. Researchers speculate that catechins (phytonutrients in green tea) may help speed the breakdown of fat.”

“Protein bars are basically vitamin and protein-infused candy bars,” says Moskovitz. “They seem like a healthy snack replacement, but they can contain more than twice the amount of fat and carbs as a chocolate brownie.” To steer clear of needless calories, look for options…
If this isn’t motivation to shed those extra pounds, I don’t know what is.
I’d venture to guess that this data is based on obese or morbidly obese patients — not those within the normal weight range. So if you’re 124 lbs looking to weigh 110, I wouldn’t exactly expect your asthma to disappear. But for those who are overweight or obese, this is definitely true and a great motivator!
